Since no two grille designs are exactly the same, this gave Bilal the opportunity to scan each variation and analyze how the inner fin structures would affect airflow and overall compatibility. While many shops can 3D scan a car, few can provide real-world development insight into how different components like grilles interact with functional parts like intake scoops.
